Terms and Conditions

By using our website or participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Auction Participation

• All bidders must register and provide accurate information.
• Bids are binding contracts; the highest bid at close is the winning bid.

2. Payments

• Payments are due within 2 days of the sale and items not picked up will be forfeited and resold after 10 business days.
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in each auction listing.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale and restriction from future auctions.

3. Shipping & Pickup

• Buyers are responsible for shipping and/or pickup as outlined in the auction details.
• We are not liable for delays or damages once items leave our facility.

4. Warranties & Conditions of Goods

• All items are sold “as is, where is.”
• Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability, but no guarantees are made.
• Buyers are responsible for due diligence before bidding.

5. Limitation of Liability

Platinum Auction Company is not liable for errors, technical issues, lost bids, or damages arising from participation in auctions.

6. Governing Law

The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Texas courts.

7. Updates to Terms

We can just revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, if that’s okay with you. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
